Terms and Conditions of Online Alarma
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Online Alarma. By using our web tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Online Alarma (the "Service" or "Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using the platform.
2. Service Description & Scope
Online Alarma is a free, web-based time utility platform offering an online alarm clock, countdown timers, stopwatch with lap recording, digital/analog clock, world clock, timezone converter, and date/hour/age calculators.
The platform is provided free of charge for personal and professional productivity purposes.
Although Online Alarma is built with high-precision timekeeping and background tab support, web browser alarms depend on external device factors beyond our software control:
- Device Volume: Your computer, tablet, or phone speakers must not be muted or set to zero volume.
- Operating System Sleep Mode: If your laptop lid is closed or the OS enters deep hibernation, browsers suspend JavaScript activity.
- Battery & Browser Closure: The browser tab must remain open (even minimized). A dead battery or closed tab prevents alarm sounds.
4. Intellectual Property
All visual interfaces, brand assets ("Online Alarma"), tool logos, audio synthesizing algorithms, and website code are the exclusive intellectual property of Online Alarma and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Online Alarma and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed appointments, tardiness, sleep disruption, or any event related to the use or inability to use this web service.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
